Creamy Potluck Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut up
- 1 10oz can reduced sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 3oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
- 2 T butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c sliced green onions
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1/4 t black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan cook potatoes, covered in enough boiling salted water to cover for 10-12 min or until just tender. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl stir together the soup, sour cream, cream cheese, and butter. Stir in 1/4 c of the cheddar cheese, 3 T of the green onions, the milk, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked potatoes. Transfer mixture to a 2 qt baking dish.
Bake in a 350 oven for 25-30 min or until heated through. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Let stand about 5 min or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with the remaining green onion.
