- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp. orange marmelade
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce

Step 1
Put butter in sauce pan and saute chicken breast until done. Mix cornstarch and dry mustard. Stir in orange juice, soy sauce, and marmelade.
Heat to boil. Stir constantly for one minute.Pour over chicken.
