Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup stuffed olives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp olive juice
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for the pecans. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Spoon the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Cover in the wrap and shape into a ball. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes. Roll in the pecans just before serving. Serves about 10 to 12 people
