Ingredients
- One 3-pound lamb roast
- 4 to 5 large new potatoes, cut into large pieces
- Cloves from 1 head garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
1. Place the roast in the slow cooker and arrange the potatoes around it. Sprinkle with all of the remaining ingredients.
2. Cover and cook on LOW until the lamb is fork tender, 8 to 9 hours. Slice the lamb and serve hot with the potatoes.
