Ingredients
- 3/4 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon stick margarine
- Cooking spray
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 1/2 cup diced peeled papaya
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Combine the first 4 ingredients. Melt the margarine in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add shrimp mixture; sauté 3 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet. Set aside; keep warm.
Add minced shallots to skillet; stir-fry 1 minute. Add papaya, basil, and chives, and stir-fry 30 seconds. Stir in wine and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return shrimp to skillet; stir-fry 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated.
Serving Size: 1 cup
