Ingredients

  • FILLING:
  • small head cabbage, chopped coarse
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • small onion
  • 1 cup rice
  • Crumble the filling over the top of the cabbage.

Preparation

Step 1

Place another samll head of cabbage, chopped coarse, on top of the filling.

LIQUID:
Pour either 1 can of beer or 1 can of chicken stock over mixture.

Sprinkle 1 can of sauerkraut over the top of that mixture.

Pour can of undiluted tomato soup over top, then one 14.2 oz. can tomatoes.

Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
