Pineapple Glaze for Baked Ham

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 Can (8 1/2 oz.) Crushed Pineapple, not drained
- 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbs. Prepared Yellow Mustard

Step 1
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in a small saucepan. Stir in a can of crushed pineapple, with juice, lemon juice and yellow mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Makes 1 3/4 cups. Bake ham according to your favorite recipe. Pour glaze over ham for the last 20-30 minutes. When I bake a canned ham, I score the ham and add whole cloves studded into the top. Before I add the glaze, I remove the whole cloves.
