A delicious smooth garlic spinach sauce perfect for topping angel hair pasta!

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz bags of Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
- 4 cups of Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Fat Free Milk
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2-6 cloves of garlic, depending on personal taste
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- White pepper, salt to taste

Step 1
1. Saute garlic in olive oil.
2. Puree spinach and sauteed garlic until smooth.
3. Add chicken broth, pureed spinach/garlic mixture, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
4. Add milk, heat until warmed through - do not boil.
5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
6. Serve over cooked pasta - I prefer angel hair!
