Step 1

make a simple syrup with ½ c sugar and water and after I off the heat mix in ½ tsp zest of a lime. Let it cool all the way down. Then pour over a mixture of strawberries, blue berries and raspberries. Then add a few to a glass and pour in prosecco. We tried this on 11/17/08 and it was very good. The lime simple syrup was awesome.
