Ingredients

    tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate

  • 3/4

    cup sugar

  • 1

    cup milk

  • 1

    tablespoon orange zest

  • 1

    cup heavy cream

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

  • 1

    tablespoon Grand Marnier or to taste

  • GARNISH:

  • Mint

  • Candied orange zest

Directions

In a large bowl combine frozen orange juice concentrate, sugar, milk and zest. In a separate bowl whip cream and vanilla to stiff peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into orange mixture to combine. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze overnight. Scoop into decorative dishes and drizzle with Grand Marnier. Garnish with a sprig of mint and candied orange zest. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
