- 1/4 CUP BUTTER
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1/8 TSP. SALT
- 1 (303) CAN RED SOUR CHERRIES (WATER PACKED)
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 CUP MILK

Step 1
CREAM TOGETHER 1/2 CUP SUGAR AND BUTTER. BLEND IN FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT. ADD MILK AND MIX WELL. SPREAD BATTER IN GREASED SQUARE PAN (8 X 8 OR 9 X 9). DISTRIBUTE CHERRIES EVENLY OVER BATTER. POUR CHERRY JUICE ON TOP. SPRINKLE CHERRIES WITH REMAINING 1/2 CUP SUGAR. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.
