Potato and Sweet Potato Tian

Ingredients
- 1 lb yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced
- 12 oz sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 green apple, grated
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup grated Gruyere

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Toss together potatoes, sweet potatoes, apple, onion, oil and 1 tsp salt. Season with pepper. Transfer to a 9x12 baking dish, spread in a thin layer, cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Raise oven temp to 400, uncover dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until bubbling, 30 minutes.
