Pumpkin Buns

Ingredients
- DOUGH:
- 1/4 C. Warm Water
- 2 1/2 t. Yeast
- 1 t. plus 2 T. Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 C. Butter, melted
- 1/2 C. Milk
- 15 oz. Can Pumpkin
- 6 C. Flour
- 1/2 t. Nutmeg
- 1/4 t. Cloves
- 1 t. Salt
- FILLING:
- 1/4 C. Sugar
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- 1 T. Cinnamon
- 3/4 C. Butter, melted
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 C. Butter, softened
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 7 C. Powdered Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine warm water, yeast and 1 t. of sugar in mixer fitted with dough hook; let stand until foamy. Beat in remaining 2 T. sugar, eggs, butter, milk and pumpkin.
Sift flour, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Gradually add to mixing bowl and knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Dough will be soft.
Put dough in a greased large bowl, cover and let rise, about 1 hour.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper hanging over the edge, and spray with cooking spray. Punch dough down and roll on lightly floured surface. Spread the filling, then roll up and cut with dental floss in 1 inch pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes.
BAKE 350 30 minutes. Frost when cooled.
