Ingredients
- 16 oz.package frozen chopped broccoli (or fresh syeamed)
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- salt & pepper
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- you can also mix lowfat mozzarella cheese in--just use less cheddar.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. With your hands, form into small patties and lay oa a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375F for 25 minutes, turning after the first 15 minutes.
