- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 (10 oz) pkg fresh Spinach
- 1/2 cup julienned Sun-Dried Tomatoes packed in oil
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Crumbled Feta
- 12 oz Pasta
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir-fr oil with garlic
2. Add spinach, tomatoes, and chicken broth
3. Cover simmer until spinach is wilted
4. Add cooked pasta
5. Season to taste
6. Sprinkle with feta
