Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 3 teaspoons lemon extract
- 2 1/2 cups flake coconut
- 1 lb. butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4 cups cake flour

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Sift flour and baking powder, add alternately with milk. Add extracts and coconut.
Bake in greased tube pan and small loaf pan at 325 degree F for about 1 1/2 hours.
