Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- Whole chicken
- 2-3 cups chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1-2 onions chopped
- butter
- 2-3 tblsp. salt (add more if needed)
- 2-3 tblsp. Italian spices
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 bag egg noodles

Step 1
Simmer chicken for 1-2 hours. Remove meat from chicken and shred, then place in fridge. Continue to simmer chicken with bones & skin for another couple hours; add salt (?). Then remove chicken parts and strain broth, leaving small amount of brown guck in pot.
Saute the vegetables in lots of butter. Cook noodles. Clean out pot and refill with broth, vegetables, noodles and spices. Simmer for 30-60 minutes.
