Boboli pizza with potato & rosemary

  • small Boboli pizza crust
  • one thinly sliced red potato
  • 2 TBLS extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt



Step 1

Preheat oven 400 degrees
Mix extra virgin olive oil with granulated garlic
brush Boboli pizza crust with olive oil
Slice red potato thinly with mandolin
Place slices on pizza crust
brush potato with olive oil
top with rosemary and sea salt
Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes
