Beef and Noodles

An all time favorite of Jeffrey, Megan and Katie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. lean cubed beef
• 1/2 c. 7Up
• 1 pkg. Lipton Onion/Mushroon Soup Mix
• 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and put in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Cover tightly and bake at 275' for 4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.

This recipe can be doubled.
