Pineapple Stuffing

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Dash salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices bread, cubed



Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add other ingredients, mixture will look curdled, but don’t panic. Put in 8” square pan and bake at 325” 40-50 minutes.
