- 2 red grapefruit
- 1 cup silver tequila
- 1 Tbls super fine sugar, plus more for rimming glasses
- 3 oz triple sec
- 3 cups ice cubes

Step 1
Remove zest from 1 grapefruit. Place zest in a glass and add tequila. Cover and let sit 1 hour. Strain. Rub zest over glass rims and dip in sugar.
Cut peel and pith from grapefruits; cut flesh into sections. Puree grapefruit, tequila, sugar and ice in blender until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
