- 2 packages in a box of graham crackers, beat into crumbs; or 3 c of already prepared crumbs
- 1 stick melted butter
- Creamy Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz cool whip
- Also Needed:
- 2 cans cherry pie filling
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Place pan in freezer to allow crust to become hardened.
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Then, fold in cool whip. Spread evenly over the hardened graham cracker crust. Place back in freezer to harden the creamy filling.
Once the creamy filling is hardened, spread the pie filling on top.
Replace in the freezer to obtain a chilled, refreshing summer dish, or place in the fridge for a treat that’s easier to scoop.
