Sweet potato Pecan Bake

Ingredients

• 3 C. mashed sweet potatoes
• 2 eggs1/4 cup Half and half
• 1/4 cup butter softened
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/8 tsp salt
• Topping
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 tab. Flour
• 1/4 cup cold butter
• 1/2 cup chopped Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

combine 1st seven ingredients, beat until light and fluffy.
11x 7x2 inch dish. Sprinkle topping over mixture. Bake 350 for 30-35 mins.
Serves 6-8
