Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

  • 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350˚. Divide chicken into halves, arrange in shallow 2-3-qt. baking dish. Place 1 slice of cheese on each piece of chicken. Stir together soup and wine; spoon over chicken and cheese. Crush stuffing mix and sprinkle over top. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered for 1 ½ hours or until golden brown.
