- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 7/8 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients until smooth and pour into muffin pan, filling cups to about ⅔ full. Bake at 425˚ for 22-25 minutes
