Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup onion
- 3/4 cup sliced carrots
- 1 lb. beef for stew
- 1 cup beef bouillon
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. thyme

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in Crockpot. Cook on LOW for 6 hours, or on stove-top on low for 40 minutes.
