Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 10 oz. pkg. yellow rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can rotel
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 lb. raw shrimp

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter. Add rotel and simmer 10 minutes. Cook rice as directed on package. Add cream of mushroom soup to rotel mixture. Add mix well. Then add shrimp. Mix well with rice and put into casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cover with cheese, last 20 minutes of cooking.
