Ingredients

  • 5 lb bag red potatos

  • diced green pepper

  • diced celery

  • diced onion

  • celery seed

  • sugar

  • vinegar

  • s & P

  • Hard cooked eggs

  • mayo

  • milk

Directions

Boil and cool potatoes. remove skins and cut into bitesize chunks. Add g.pepper, celery,onion and celery seed. Add a little mixture of sugar and vinegar to mayo. Add enough milk to make creamy and thick. Pour over potatoe mixture and stir. Top with eggs. Sprinkle with paprika. Best if made one day early
