- 5 lb bag red potatos
- diced green pepper
- diced celery
- diced onion
- celery seed
- sugar
- vinegar
- s & P
- Hard cooked eggs
- mayo
- milk

Preparation
Step 1
Boil and cool potatoes. remove skins and cut into bitesize chunks. Add g.pepper, celery,onion and celery seed. Add a little mixture of sugar and vinegar to mayo. Add enough milk to make creamy and thick. Pour over potatoe mixture and stir. Top with eggs. Sprinkle with paprika.
