Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising corn meal
- 1 cup sweet milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1 small (8 3/4 oz.) can cream corn
- 2 jalapeno peppers, cut up fine
- 1 cup grated cheese

Mix and pour into hot greased skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour.
