Ingredients
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 1/2 sticks Butter
- 1/2 c. Pecans
- FOR THE BASE LAYER:
- 2 C. Powdered Sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- FOR THE MIDDLE LAYER:
- 3 3oz. packages Instant Lemon Pudding
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 carton Cool Whip
- Chopped Pecans (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the 3 ingredients for the crust. Press into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350F till golden brown. (Guessing about 20 minutes. Not specified in the recipe.)Cool completely.
Combine ingredients for the base layer with a mixer and pour over the cooled crust.
Combine the pudding with the milk and pour over the base layer.
Gently spread the Cool Whip over the middle layer and sprinkle with chopped pecans if using. Chill thoroughly.
