Ingredients

  • Casserole:
  • 2 # frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. chopped onions
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • Topping:
  • 2 C. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted

Step 1

Mix all casserole ingredients and pour into buttered 9x13-inch pan. Mix topping ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
