Ingredients
- 8 ounces artichoke hearts, cooked
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded and diced

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Place all ingredients in the food processor and puree until smooth. Place in a shallow ceramic baker or 10 inch terra cotta quiche dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until lightly brown on top. Serve with tortilla chips, French bread or crackers.
