Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 cups beets, cooked and diced
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Step 1
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together in saucepan.
Add vinegar and water gradually until smooth.
