Man Pleasing Gluten Free Blueberry Pancakes
The best blueberry pancakes in the world! And gluten-free pancakes never tasted so good!
- 1 cup king arthur flour gluten-free baking mix
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 large farm-fresh egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup fresh whole blueberries
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 15mins
Whisk baking kix and sugar, then add egg, butter milk and vanilla. Whisk till blended.
Preheat griddle to med. 350 degrees
Pour blueberries into batter and stir gently.
Scoop 1/4 cup batter into gruddle, turning when pancakes edges are dry or bubbles form. About 2 min per side (lightly brown).
