Avocado Cilantro Crema

Ingredients
- TIP:
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 green onion
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar (can also use honey)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 large avocado, pitted , cubed (if small, use two)
- juice of one large lime
- salt and pepper.
- 1 . Combine the first 4 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped.
- 2 . Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- 3 . Adjust seasonings to taste-add more sugar, lime juice, salt or pepper to change the taste.
- Apple cider vinegar will keep avocado from turning dark.
- Use apple cider when making guacomole..it will stay green, longer.

Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients and pulse until very finely chopped. When you have everything chopped, blend until smooth.
Great for Taco's dip, and on grilled shrimp.
Tip:
Use apple cider vinegar to keep avocado from turning dark...when making guacomole, apple cider vinegar added to the recipe will keep the guacomole a bright green, longer.
