Ingredients
- 1 tsp veg oil
- 4 oz turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1.5 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup ketchup

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. Cook bacon, stirring, until almost crisp, 4 minutes. Add onion, season with salt and pepper, cook until soft, 3 minutes. Add garlic, cook 1 minute. Transfer to a large bowl and add oats and evaporated milk. Let cool.
Add ground turkey, salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp ketchup, stir well to combine. Transfer to a 5 by 9 loaf pan and smooth top. spread rest of ketchup over top. Bake until cooked through, 1 hour 10 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes in pan.
