Ingredients
- Lemon Rosemary Roasted Chickpeas
- juice of one lemon
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 t. dried rosemary, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Preparation
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add chickpeas and marinate for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 375. Spread chickpeas on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing several times during roasting.
