  • 1 package Pillsbury pie crusts, Softened
  • 1 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 1 12 oz frozen berry medley, thawed and drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon kirsch

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare pie crusts as directed on package for two crust pie. Place in floured 9 inch glass pie pan.
2. Mix pie filling, thawed berry medley, and Kirsch on bowl.
3. Using lattice cutter cut top crust into lattices.
4. Place filling into crust lined pan. Top with lattice. Brush top with egg wash and sprinke with sugar.
5. Bake in 375 degree oven 40 minutes or until middle of pie is bubbling. Cover edges of pie wit foil after about 15 or 20 minutes to prevent excessive browning. Let stand at least 20 minutes before serving.
