Strawberry Bread

• 1 1/2 cups oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 2 boxes of frozen strawberries
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cream oil, eggs and sugar. Sift dry ingredients and add to cream mixture. Add strawberries and vanilla. Pour into 2 bread pans (greased and floured) and bake for 1 hour and 10 min. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
