- 1 CUP GREY POUPON DIJON MUSTARD ( MORE IF YOU LIKE )
- 8 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 TSP GROUND CLOVES
- 1/2 TSP NUTMEG
- 1/2 TSP ALL SPICE

Step 1
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND THOROUGHLY IT WILL ALMOST TURN INTO A PASTE, THEN PLACE INTO A CROCK POT FOR TWO HOURS ON HIGH ..
ONCE THE TIME IS UP APPLY TO HAM WHILE IT IS COOKING AND LET CARAMELIZE ONTO HAM
