Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 29 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 t. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 t. ground cloves
  • 1/4 t. ground ginger
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter

Step 1


Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs and mix with milk, sugar, pumpkin and spices. Beat well. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix and nuts over top of mixture. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake one hour until browned. Serve with whipped cream or a whipped topping.
