Ingredients
- 1/2 pound of fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 of a thawed puff pastry sheet
- 1 egg, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Hull and quarter strawberries.
Mix strawberries, sugar and flour in a wide mug.
Place puff pastry over the top of the mug and lightly brush with egg. (You won’t be using the entire egg for this.)
Microwave mug pie on high for 1:30 to 2 minutes.
Crush puffed up pie crust into the mug and enjoy.
