Ingredients
- 1 T whole Cumin seeds
- 2 tsp whole coriander seeds
- 1 tsp dried crushed red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp grated orange peel
- 1 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
- 10 oz assorted brine cured green and black olives
- 3 T minced fresh basil
- 2 T minced fresh cilantro
- 8 oz fets cheese, cut into 1/2 inch squares.
- 1 French bread baguette, sliced
