Crunchy Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 lbs. fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Combine the ingredients above in large bowl. Toss gently.
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Chill several hours. Pour over salad mix and serve immediately.
