Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 2 lbs. fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Combine the ingredients above in large bowl. Toss gently.
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt

Step 1

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Chill several hours. Pour over salad mix and serve immediately.
