  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste

Step 1

Combine corn and butter in large skillet. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over low heat 5 to 7 minutes (until liquid is absorbed).
