  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Pinch of garlic salt
  • 2 disposable broiler pans
  • Bottle of Ranch dressing

Step 1

Combine the soy sauce, orange juice and garlic salt in a plastic ziplock bag. Add the chicken wings and marinate up to 48 hours, turning the bag every once in a while.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain the wings , spray the pans with Pam and divide the wings between the two pans. Cook for 30 minutes, turn the wings over and cook for another 30 minutes. Turn the oven up to 400 degrees and cook about 3 minutes per side or until the wings are slightly crispy. Serve with Ranch dressing.
