Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken wings (about 17)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. dry minced onion

Preparation

Step 1

1. Remove chicken wings tips and separate two parts of wing.
2. Add wings to Actifry and cook for 15 minutes. I don't add oil.
3. Mix above ingredients, bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
4. Pour mixture over wings and cook for another 15 or 20 minutes until golden brown.
