Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
- Cook the above 5 min. then drain.
- Mix together 1 stick margarine melted and 1 & 1/2 cups herb bread crumbs.
- Mix together 1 cup sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup. Mix well.
- Pat 1/2 bread crumb mixture into bottom of 9x13 greased dish. Place squash mixture on top of crumbs. Pour soup mixture over top of squash and cover with rest of bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 35
