Strawberry Marshmallow Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Pkg. White Cake Mix (plus ingredients to prepare mix)
• 1/3 Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
• 2 Cups Sliced Strawberries, fresh or thawed frozen berries
• 1 Pkg. (4-serving size) Strawberry Jello
• 1/4 Cup Water
• 2 1/2 Cups Mini-Marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare cake according to package directions; stir in chocolate chips. Spread strawberries in prepared pan. Sprinkle with Jello mix; drizzle water over top. Sprinkle with marshmallows; spread batter evenly over marshmallows. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool at least 15 minutes before serving. Makes 9 servings.
