Deviled Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp seasonall
- 3/4 cup soda cracker crumbs
- 2 tbs flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs prepared mustard
- 7 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
- 4 hard boiled eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour, milk, and salt. Cook on low heat stirring constantly till sauce thickens and bubbles about 3 min.
2. Stir in mustard, seasoning, tuna, 1/2 cup crumbs. Remove from heat.
3. Chop 3 eggs coarsely and stir into tuna mixture. Pour into a 13x9 in baking dish. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Slice remaining eggs lengthwise and place on top of casserole. Serve
